This is a house with history
This beautiful and unique single-family villa from the end of the 19th century has an eclectic style combining classic elements and structure, with its own art nouveau repertoire.
The building is protected by a “degree of architectural protection I”, and the combination of styles stands out, as in the north façade you can see the iron bars facing the terraces of the southern façade with a colonial and Mediterranean style.
This house belonged in its origins to a winemaking family very involved in the elaboration and distribution of its most famous wine called “Anibal”. In particular, the area of the house in which our villa is located in its beginnings was part of the family’s cellar, where the barrels were stored to make their famous Malaga wine. Subsequently they would proceed to its distribution outside our borders.
Definitely this house has history ….
